1. Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Restricted: Gift cards & downloadable software.
Sanitary: Personal care, intimate, or sanitary goods.
Hazardous: Flammable liquids or gases.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of business days.

Shipping Costs
