Jlfareify LLC provides this platform to help users access travel information, make reservations, and purchase travel-related services. Your use of this Website indicates your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

01 Use of Website & Services

By using our Website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
You will use our services solely for legitimate bookings.
All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

02 Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are non-transferable. Certain tickets may be non-refundable or incur penalties upon change. Tickets must be used in the sequence issued.

No-Show Policy: Tickets labeled as "no-show" are not eligible for protection or refund unless rescheduled in advance.

03 Ticket Protection & Refunds

Under Jlfareify LLC Ticket Protection, specialized refunds and exchanges are available:

Hospitalization	100% refund (with documentation)
Missed Departure	Free rebooking (Weather/Airline delay)
Mishandled Bag	Up to $1,000 per undelivered bag

04 Liability & Conventions

For international travel, the Warsaw or Montreal Conventions apply. Liability for baggage loss is limited to approximately 1,100 SDR, and delays up to 4,694 SDR per passenger. Jlfareify LLC acts as an intermediary and is not liable for risks inherent to travel destinations.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners Club, and Discover.

Chargebacks: Contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in cancellation fees and legal recovery of costs.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for valid passports and visas. U.S. travelers should visit state.gov.
